    Immediately after the exhibition, the organizing committee launched a systematic customer follow-up campaign, contacting each participating foreign business owner through email, WhatsApp, and other channels to listen to their needs and feedback. The follow-up results showed that previous international clients highly praised the quality of the exhibits and the efficiency of business matchmaking at this year's exhibition, and clearly indicated their intention to participate again next year to further expand their business in China.

    To ensure that international exhibitors and buyers can stay up-to-date with the latest exhibition information, the organizing committee has released the 2026 exhibition plan on its official website. In addition, the organizing committee continues to publish exciting content about the exhibition on major international social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn to maintain the exhibition's international visibility. Currently, numerous international buyers have proactively contacted the committee to inquire about exhibition details, expressing their strong anticipation of participating in Chinese exhibitions.

    Deepen international cooperation and build a win-win ecosystem

    With a focus on building a long-term international cooperation ecosystem, the organizing committee proactively connected with agricultural associations and agricultural exhibition organizers in South and Southeast Asian countries. Through email communication, the committee introduced the core information and advantages of the Southwest Agricultural Science and Technology Expo to relevant organizations, sincerely inviting them to become international partners of the expo, jointly organizing their respective national enterprises to participate and attend, promoting regional agricultural resource sharing and industrial integration, and building a more stable and efficient channel for transnational agricultural cooperation. One representative from a Pakistani agricultural exhibition organizer stated that they would publish related reports on the expo and invite local enterprises to participate.
